Sensei started training in martial arts in 1982, he founded in 1989, as The Martial Arts Institute of Florida, Three Golden Fists has been providing top-quality martial arts training to communities in FL, WI, VT, LA, MD and now VA. 

Our team of experienced and highly skilled instructors are dedicated to helping students of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals and reach new heights as they travel the road of life to mastery.
